Rules for the photographer
Welcome to Crystal Beach Community Church.
We are happy to have you participating in our
wedding today to do the photography. We have
a few rules we ask you to follow.
WHAT YOU MAY DO:
Non-flash photography during the service.
Posing for photos afterwards—up to 30 minutes.
If you want to re-enact any of the ceremony
for a close-up, the pastor will be glad to work
with you. If the bride and groom desire to be
photographed with the pastor, please do these
pictures immediately following the ceremony.
Complete any pre-service photos in sanctuary by
30 minutes prior to wedding start time.
WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO:
No flash photography during the ceremony itself.
No intrusion into the area where the ceremony is
taking place.
Throughout the service, the photographer may not
come forward of the "short pew" space. He/she
may move around the back of the church as needed
from this space to the rear, disturbing the
attendees as little as possible.
VIDEOS
The same rules apply as stated above.
A stationery video may be placed in the front of
the sanctuary and must be in place 30 minutes prior
to the ceremony.
You may not move around with the camera.
PLEASE NOTE:
If these rules are violated, future wedding couples
will be notified that you have not cooperated with us.
